Unban Appeal - [NEED TO KNOW INFO]

Recommended Posts

Last updated 8-17-2019

Welcome to the lowest priority section on the whole forums! The Unban Appeals section is the part of the forums where dirty players do their best to get back on the servers. You are usually here since you've broken rules in one way or another and if you're here because you didn't do something, well we're very sorry then.

Alright, let's get to the case!

Temporary bans

We hand out temporary bans to teach players a lesson, which simply means that we don't accept any unban appeals on bans that are on 72 hours or less. The idea of these bans is that you sit them out and think about what you've done. It will also give you plenty of time to read through our lovely rules and learn something!

If you believe the ban was not fair at all and you have evidence that can support your cause, then you may try to appeal for the unban either way. Just remember, evidence is required if you want to appeal a temporary ban.

Posting an unban appeal on a temporary ban without evidence proves that you haven't read this and we might decide to extend your ban in some cases for wasting our time.

As this is a life community,  there is always something going on, so don't expect your reports to be dealt with instantly. It may take a few days before your reports will be reviewed and accepted/denied. Please respect that we do our very best as fast as possible, so please don't spam any Staff about doing your report or bump the thread itself.

Staff team & the final say

Please respect that the staff team have the final say in the case and you have to accept whatever result they come up with. Failing to accept the staffs final say and bothering him with it can result in a ban. We're here do help everyone and do our best, but we're not your servants.

The only way that we can be sure that your claims are true is by you providing us the needed evidence to support your case. Evidence is a must and we will have to deny all reports with no sufficient evidence provided. There is also a few rules regarding what's considered valid evidence and not.

These are the requirements for video evidence:

  • Minimal length of 2 minutes (This can be shorter when the evidence is clear enough).

  • Audio has to be working, do not cut out Teamspeak or in-game sound.

  • Quality has to be decent enough to read names in the chat.

  • Is not edited unless specifically requested by a staff member.

These are the requirements for screenshot evidence:

  • High quality screenshot.

  • Is not edited whatsoever.

  • Has to add value in regards to the report.

Please stay mature in your report, we do not accept any kind of foul language in your report. We expect you to show respect and don't write anything you shouldn't in the report. Your post simply has to be clear and not offend anyone in any way. If the report is sufficient, the reported player will be dealt with, so no need to go personal.

We have recently started using a new form system which will force people to use the proper template format, this makes it easier for the Staff to handle, when everything is posted the way it's supposed to be.
